Ethereum Holesky Pectra Client Upgrade has been completed.

Following the Ethereum foundation announcement regarding Pectra hardfork, we plan to upgrade geth clients to v1.15.2, erigon clients to v2.61.1, and lighthouse clients to v7.0.0-beta.0.
